What size carriage bolt is the BROPHY SR15-C tie down bracket designed to use?

When installing the Brophy Trailer D-Ring Tie Down, part # SR15-C, you will need a 3/8 inch carriage bolt. The square underside of the carriage bolt will fit inside the mounting holes of the tie down.
I have attached a photo of the SR15-C with the dimensions noted.
