Do I need a rock deflector when using this dolly?

You would not have to have any sort of rock guard when using Roadmaster tow dolly # RM-2050-1 but without one there is always the chance that some road debris could bounce up and hit the car. To add a rock deflector you can use the Guardian Shield mounting bracket # RM-2000-8 with the Guardian # RM-4000.
