To replace your trailer leaf springs, the best way to get an accurate measurement is to jack the trailer and measure the springs while the axle(s) are hanging. This is done because over time, the leaf springs can flatten. To get the proper length measurement, measure the center eye to center eye distance, see provided diagram.
Assuming your trailer is a single axle, given its GVW of 7000 lbs, you'll need 3500 lb springs. I'll link you to our selection of 3500 lb leaf springs. Increasing the capacity of the springs will NOT increase the load bearing capacity of the trailer. You'd still be limited by the capacity of the axle, tires, wheels, hubs and bearings.
