It is a 2014 camry. Can I get a hitch class high enough to towr the equipment you recommended

The trailer hitch I recommend for your 2014 Camry is the Draw-Tite Trailer Hitch, part # 36540. This is a Class ll hitch and it has a 1-1/4 inch receiver opening. The hitch has a tongue weight capacity of 300 lbs.
The cargo carrier, part # C18110 would work well with this hitch as it weighs about 30 lbs.
Please keep in mind that according to the owner's manual, Toyota does not recommend adding a hitch or hitch accessories on your Camry.
