What Size Bars Will the Yakima Axe/Shovel Brackets Fit

Will the Yakima shovel/axe holder mount on a Thule MOAb basket?

The Axe/Shovel brackets # Y07078 are designed to fit around 1 inch diameter bars. The Thule MOAB has been discontinued so I cannot measure the bar diameter. If you have a MOAB you can measure the bars and if they are 1 inch then you can use the Yakima brackets.
