Question:
I have a blue ox sway pro hitch with 1500 lb bars. Would it be possible to exchange these for 2000 lb bars? I did not buy from etrailer, the equipment came with the rv but the actual tongue weight is closer to 2000 lbs when the rv is loaded so I think I need the bigger bars because it feels a bit unstable while towing.

You can indeed upgrade to the 2000 lb rated spring bars, part # BXW4014. The Sway Pro systems from the highest to the lowest rated all use the same weight distribution head. To change the weight rating of the system, you'd simply swap out the spring bars.
I've confirmed this with Blue Ox for you.
