The Roadmaster Falcon 2 Tow Bar part # RM-520 that you referenced is a great tow bar that has an excellent reputation. We have not had any issues at all with bent outer bars with this tow bar. If you check out the customer reviews of this tow bar you will see that all of our customers who have this tow bar love it.
For replacement arms you would want the # 910021-22 for the passenger side or part # 910021-12 for the driver side.
