Hello, neighbors. Steve here with etrailer.com. Today, we're looking at this replacement driver's side outer bar for your Roadmaster Falcon All Terrain or your Roadmaster Falcon 2 tow bars. Now, if you're not sure this is what that should look like. You're flat towing your vehicle. Maybe you accidentally hit something, made a turn too tight or whatnot, and you got one of your arms bent.
This is a replacement, again, outer driver side bar. Now, pretty simple operation. You probably know how to use these already, but you got your lever here. That'll simply unlock everything here. The way you can push that bar all the way in.
Whenever you're storing it, obviously this would be on your pivoting mechanism that you already have as well. You're gonna get included lock nut, a bigger one, and some Loctite thread lock. That way you can use that on this as well. So while we're zoom in here, just kind of showing you again, driver's side outer tow bar. Arm.
Got the lever here, spring load it, and again, the front here that would lock into the base plate. Bar locks out in place like it should. Pretty simple operation folks. And again, it's got that nice hammered kind of paint finish on there. It's not gonna corrode or anything like that.

Fast shipping and exactly what I needed. I am also extremely happy that it came with new lock nuts included. I was worried I would have to find them.
I had bent one leg of the towbar. I called Roadmaster to understand why for a second time. They explained that I was out of tolerance level. I was about to order when they reflected that etrailer would sell it cheaper and get it to me faster. etrailer knew exactly what I wanted and did sell it less expensive and got it to me within a couple of days. They also had the correct hitch extension and height adjustment that I needed to correct the root cause. 20000 miles and no reoccurance. No impact to my Motor Home trip.
I had discovered that, although the inner arms on the Roadmaster Falcon All-Terrain are stainless steel, the outer arms that surround them are not. Consequently, the inside of an outer arm will rust to the point that the inner arm can no longer telescope.
Although, it would be nice to be able to order just the outer arm, Roadmaster does not offer it. Fortunately, eTrailer does sell the inner/outer arms as an assembly and that allowed me to get my tow bar working again.
The product would be better if it came with replacement instructions (e.g., torquing information). It would be perfect if it also came with the required – and hard to find – 5/8" hex key needed for the 3/4" bolt that has to be removed in order to make the repair.
These replacement bars worked GOOD for me,,and saved me money. They fixed my tow are that was damaged by a careless driver.
We tow a Jeep Wrangler behind our motorhome. Every time I have ordered from etrailer their parts have been Right!,,,,sorry no pics.
Our tow bar met with troubles while traveling through Missouri. We went to the etrailer warehouse where they were very helpful. Once we figured out our issue they order parts and we were back on the road quickly. These folks are great and they have awesome customer service. Thank you for your help.
Product came in as promised and installed quickly. New nuts were provided with this part as they are lock nuts. It was a challenge getting the washers in place it takes two people to do this. Can't say enough about etrailer other than they are a super company to do business with. I will definitely use them again without hesitation.

Works great. Easy hook up. Have only had one issue with it, probably my fault, but, we went down a dirt road that had a dip in it and bent the arms. I ordered new arms but purchased the offroad arms this time. After changing them out haven’t had a problem since.
