does the Bearing Kit for #84 Spindle, L44649/L68149 Bearings, 10-19 Double Lip Seal come with the tang washer shown in the picture? it does not list it but shows a picture of it. thanks

Yes, the Bearing Kit # BK2-100 does come with the tang washer and everything you see in the picture I attached.
