If you use the link I've provided, you can see the turndown exhaust tips we have available. You'll need to measure the outside diameter of your tailpipe in order to get the correct tip.
I don't have a ready reference that would tell me the diameter of the exhaust pipe of your Pilot.
In order to place your cargo carrier as far away as possible from the exhaust pipe, I'd recommend using a carrier with a long shank that's angled raise the cargo platform as much as possible. The Curt 24x60 folding carrier, part # C18151 would be an excellent choice.
