What is the Eye Diameter of Double-Eye Trailer Leaf Spring e64SR

Question:
The eye diameter of this leaf spring is listed as 9/16. Is this the ID of the included bushings or the ID of the metal loops itself. Can the bushings be easily removed? I intend to use these springs for a completely unrelated project to trailers.

The 9/16 inch measurement would be including the bushings already installed in spring # e64SR. The bushings can be removed but how easy they are to remove varies from spring to spring. But the bottom line is that you could get them out if you wanted or needed to. The diameter without the bushings is 11/16.
