I spoke with my contact at Roadmaster and the length of the rods on end link kit # RM-590039-00 are 18 inches from eye center to eye center.

Since your 2001 Ford F-350 has a 4 inch lift you'd just need the end link kit part #RM-590039-00 with the rear sway bar part #RM-1139-153 and you'd be set.
