Can a ST185/80D13 fit a 13 inch Rim that is 4-1/2 inches Wide

My current trailer has ST185/80D13 load range D tires on 13inch x 5inch rims with 5 lugs on 4 1/2inch inches. Would using the same size tire on a 4.5inch wide rim, such as the AM3S331, be an issue? Thank you.
