Is this kit ONLY for Dexter Axles or can this also be used on an LCI Lipert Components Inc 3500lb axle.

You can use Dexter over-under conversion kit # K71-385-00 on your Lippert axle. Usually 3,500 pound round axles are 2-3/8 inches in diameter. If that is the case you would need kit # K71-384-00. If it is 3 inches in diameter (which is rare for 3,500 pound axles) then kit # K71-385-00 would be correct.
