Will Trailer Hitch for 2013 Toyota Prius Also Fit on 2015 Toyota Corolla

Question:

My 2013 prius was totaled in a flood. Will my 2013 prius hitch fit my new 2015 Toyota Corolla s. It was never installed on the prius. Thanks.

The hitches offered for the 2013 Toyota Prius and the 2015 Toyota Corolla are all custom-fit light-duty Class I types that use specific mounting points on the vehicles' frames for installation. Since the two cars do not use the same frame the hitches for one do not fit the other. I checked all available hitch models for both the 2013 Prius and the 2015 Corolla and no one product fits both cars, I'm sorry to say.

For reference, the hitch fits for both cars are viewable on the links provided. I recommend hitch # 24913 since it does not require a stabilizing strap as some Curt hitches do.
