I checked the Demco website fit guide and the base plates you referenced, 9518072, are a correct fit for all versions of the 2004 Jeep Grand Cherokee. To use your RoadMaster Eagle 8000 towbar with these you will use RoadMaster Base Bar # RM-067. I confirmed this with my technical contact at Roadmaster.
