The front-mount 2-inch hitch you referenced, Curt # C31023, has been confirmed to fit 2011- through 2014 model years of the GMC Sierra 2500. But for the 2015 model year Sierra 2500 the correct front-mount hitch is Curt # C31071. You can see an installation in a 3500 by clicking on the linked video. All required hardware is included and no drilling is necessary.
