The rooftop cargo carrier part number you provided, 300.7261, is a Sears brand item originally made for them by Karrite. Karrite was replaced as their supplier by SportRack, a division of Thule, back in 1998.

In order to identify the correct key you will need to know the key number. If you do not have a key to get the part number, the lock on the cargo box should have a number engraved in it that you can use. Once you have the key or lock number type into our search box the letters THKEYN, followed by the 4 digits of your key/lock number and the correct key will be displayed. For example, if you have a key number of 2820 you would want Thule Replacement Key # THKEYN2820.

All replacement cargo box mounting hardware kits are shown on the linked page. Sometimes for older boxes new/alternate hardware may be required if the original parts are no longer made. This is not usually a problem since its fairly easy to modify a box to use different hardware; just drilling a few new holes is all that is usually required.

According to my contact at SportRack they have nothing that matches up to your number 300.7261. If possible please forward photos of your cargo box and its interior where the hardware goes as well as any other numbers you can find on it and I can help you choose the best option in new hardware.
