How to Use Twisteps With a Vehicle with a Low Hanging Spare Tire
Updated 07/06/2015 | Published 07/04/2015 >
Question:
Im attempting to install a Twistep on my 2008 Sequoia but dont have enough clearance due to the undermount spare tire. I raised the bar to the highest setting on the Twistep but the tire still impedes my ability to rotate the step. Any suggestions?

Aside from removing the spare tire from your vehicle so that the # HE3052 would have clearance to twist around when not needed your best option would be to remove the step when not in use.
