We do offer both 3500-lb axle beams and also complete kits that include either idler hubs or hub/drums and electric brakes. Please click on the linked page to view the axles and kits we have. You can click on the filters on the page to match up your axle's dimensions to those we offer. Please note all 3500-lb axles are 89-inches hub face to hub face, have 74-inch spring centers and are intended for 13- to 17-1/2-inch wheels, for example, Dexter Trailer Axle kit # 35545I-EZ-89. It is important to match the hub face and spring seat dimensions.
Usually a pontoon boat trailer will have wheels larger than 10-inches; that wheel size is more common on a 60-inch 2000-lb axle with a 1-3/4-inch diameter such as # 20545I-EZ-60-15. This kit includes the axle, idler hubs, bearings, races, seals, grease caps, wheel studs, lug nuts, and marine-grade wheel bearing grease.
Often an axle will have a sticker or plate on it that indicates its specs. Try checking your axle rating to be sure you select a replacement with the correct capacity. If you'd like to verify the key features on your axle - rated capacity, overall length from spindle to spindle, spring center spacing, axle diameter and shape - I will be glad to help you find a suitable replacement.
