Question:
what is the width of this tire / rim combo? When mountede on a small cargo trailer is it suitsable for highway travel?

The section width of the Loadstar ST205/75D15 Bias Trailer Tire w/ 15" Black Mod Wheel - 5 on 4-1/2 - Load Range C # AM3S664DX that you referenced is 7.7 inches. These tires are approved for use on the highway so they should work very well for you. They are rated for speeds up to 81 mph.
This wheel and tire combo meets DOT specifications and exceeds FMVSS.
