Winch Recommendation for a Car Hauler for Loading Up Cars

Question:
Is this winch sufficient to pull a 3 to 4K lb vehicle on to a car hauler? It will be permanently mounted in a tongue box to be out of weather.

Yes, since the vehicles you would be winching on your car hauler are a rolling load a winch like the part # SW1145220 which has a 4,500 lb capacity would work well. Even if you ramps had a 60 percent angled ramp this winch could pull up to 7,488 lbs.
