I am looking for something that might not exist. This BandW Tow and Stow 3-Ball Mount - 2inch Hitch - 7inch Drop, 7-1/2inch Rise - 10K - Black that incorporates a pintle hook over the 2inch ball. Anything out there that offers the 7inch /rise and multiple balls with a pintle hook incorporated?

I believe I have a solution for you. Check out the part # PH1, it comes with the ability to use all three hitch balls sizes plus a pintle style hook up.
Then for a mounting plate that would allow you to get the 7 inches of drop you need, part # BWPMHD14004.
