Do you have a matching end cap for this roller? If so which shaft will accommodate the complete combination of the 18inch roller and the caps?

The recommended shaft for with the Yates Rubber Boat Trailer Parts # YR18244-165EC that you referenced is the Roller Shaft w/Cap Nuts # 107-30A. This comes with caps as well.
If you needed mounting brackets you would also want the part # CE32004G.
