Yes, the Air Lift LoadLifter 5000 Air Helper Springs # AL57291 that you referenced has been confirmed as a fit for your 2006 Ford F-250 with a B and W gooseneck hitch 1105 or 1199R hitch installed in it so it should work very well for you as long as you have one of those hitches.
Currently B and W is using the 1108 hitch, part # BWGNRK1108 so if this is the hitch you have it has not been tested.
For a suspension system that will work regardless the Timbren part # TFR350SDF would be a great option. This is rubber bumper style system that won't require you to maintain air pressure or route air lines.
