will this rack work on and ABS roof on a Coleman popup?

Technically, yes, you could use Rhino-Rack roof rack # Y01-120B on an ABS roof. You would need appropriate hardware for hard automotive grade plastic material and not machine or wood screws.
Wear a mask when drilling because apparently there can be some health risks with ABS and you would not want to inhale it.
