I recommend the Demco base plates # DM9519307 will fit your 2015 Jeep Cherokee Limited. They're tabless so you can barely see them when not towing. Take a look at the picture I attached and the install video I linked.

For a tow bar the the Commander # DM9511012 will work with the base plates. This tow bar is rated up to 6,000 pounds so it is more than enough for your Cherokee. It also includes safety cables.

For lighting you have some options. You could use a simple magnetic kit such as # RM-2120. Or for a more permanent solution you could use a diode kit # RM-154. I have linked a video showing how the diode kit installs on a 2015 Cherokee.

And finally, most states now require supplemental braking on the vehicle being flat towed. One of the preferred systems for our installers is the SMI Stay-IN-Play DUO proportional system, # SM99251. It will apply the vehicle brakes in proportion to how much the tow vehicle is braking. This is the safest way to stop and it reduces wear and tear on both vehicles. You will also need brake light relay, # RM-88400, if you choose the 4-dode kit for lighting.
