I have a camper trailer with a weight of 6500 dry weight will this work

Typically a trailer's tongue weight will be between 10 and 15 percent of the total weight of the trailer. Since your total trailer weight is 6,500 lbs your tongue weight would be between 650 and 975 lbs.
The Ultra-Fab Electric A-Frame Jack # UF38-944037 has a 3,500 lb capacity so it would work well on your trailer and would have more than enough capacity.
