All hitches we offer can be installed without drilling on all versions of the 2006 Sienna and the included link will let you view each of them. I also linked an install video and two helpful articles on hitch installation to help you through that process. The linked instructions indicate the tools required, which include a torque wrench.
We offer two sizes and classes of trailer hitch for your 2006 Toyota Sienna AWD Limited, both a 1-1/4-inch Class II hitch like # 36513 from Draw-Tite and a stronger 2-inch Class III type, such as the Curt # C13105. I recommend you choose Class III hitch # C13105 because this type will give you more flexibility for using accessories like bike racks and cargo carriers and will also offer higher capacity if you plan to tow.
For towing you will also need a ball mount, hitch ball, pin and clip and a wiring harness for your trailer lights. The article and product link will help you choose the correct ball mount to keep your trailer level, which is important for good handling. For example, if you need a ball mount with 4-inches of drop you can use Draw-Tite # 2753 along with either 1-7/8-inch ball # 19260 or 2-inch ball # 63845. You can use a simple pin and clip # PC3 or a lock on your ball mount, such as # e98880.
For a wiring harness you can use part # C55580 from Curt. This is a simple plug-in installation that requires no cutting or splicing of wires. The linked article on towing basics may be of value to you as well.
