How Would the Optronics Mid Ship Clearance Light # ST75AB Wire in as Just a Blinker

How would you wire the mid ship marker light to make the turn signal indicator work but not light up when the brake light is activated? I thought the brake light and turn signal for the trailer were the same circuit.

Expert Reply:
To separate the turn signal circuit from the brake circuit you would need the part # C56196 if you wanted to use the Sealed, 6-1/2" Mid-Ship Turn Signal and Side Marker Light # ST75AB as just a turn signal indicator.
I attached a picture that shows how it will wire in.
