Difference Between Thule 9001 & Raceway PRO # TH9001PRO and # TH45JV for 2011 BMW 328i Coupe

Question:

Hi, Im wondering what are the main differences between the Thule 9001 Raceway and Raceway PRO. Is it really worth the extra $ for the PRO versionin other words, am I paying more for extra bells and whistles or is the actual performance and safety to my car improved? Thank you!

The Thule OutWay # TH45JV is the upgraded version of the discontinued Raceway PRO # TH9001PRO and Raceway 9001 2-bike trunk-mount rack. The OutWay has been updated in multiple ways.

They have gone through every aspect of the carrier and made some great improvements to already great racks. The biggest improvement is that they made it even easier to install the rack using only 2 retracting coated cables instead of the 4-6 of the past. It comes with locking mechanisms for both the rack and the bikes to deter theft, and they have even upgraded the cradling sytem.

The Thule OutWay # TH45JV is a personal favorite and I highly recommend it for your 2011 BMW 328i Coupe. Check out the video that I have included to learn about all of it's great features.
