Question:
We have a 2004 Nissan Quest Van and interested a rack for two e-bikes that way 57lbs each. We do not have a hitch and dont want the extra expense of putting one on that would only get used for bikes. I found TH910XTbut says only can support 35lbs for each bike. Any other ideas? Thanks for your help. The website is very complete and helpful.

The only bike racks we carry that can handle the weight of a 57 lb e-bike would be a hitch mounted option. Like you have noticed, the trunk mounted bike racks have lower capacities. The reason for this is that if you put too much weight on a trunk rack you would most likely damage the rear of a vehicle.
So the only recommendation I can make starts with you getting a hitch. For that you would want the Curt Hitch part # C13563.
Then for a platform bike rack specifically designed to work with the weight of electric bikes you would want the Hollywood Rack Sport Rider part # HLY84FR. I attached a review video for this rack for you to check out as well.
