Transmission coolers aren't vehicle specific. You can use virtually any of the offered transmission coolers, as long as it'll fit in the available space. The most efficient spot to install a cooler to ensure it gets maximum airflow is directly behind the vehicle grille, in front of the radiator.
Since a truck like your Sierra will have lots of room behind the grille, you can get a larger cooler like part # D13503 that's actually less expensive, although there's no reason why you couldn't use the # D13401 you referenced, if you had your heart set on that one. Either cooler would do a great job of lowering the temperature of your transmission cooler, extending the life of your transmission.
For a really easy install, use the # D13035 fitting. This will allow you to tap into the return transmission line without needing to cut or flare any transmission lines. If you click the provided link, you can see an install video showing a different cooler being installed on a GM truck. The video shows exactly how the # D13035 fitting installs.
I've also linked to two FAQ articles about transmission coolers that you might find helpful.
