Question:
Can I use a spare tire rack on my spare that sits on my rear bumper of my travel trailer? I fear it might bounce around too much back there. Any idea of how the Thule is rated? Thanks

Even though tire mounted bike racks aren't rated to be used on the rear of trailers due to the extra bouncing around they would experience, we do have a solution or two that would work for you.
Swagman's Around the Spare Deluxe Rack, part # S80501, has a two bike capacity and is specifically designed for use on a travel trailer, if the trailer has a 4 or 4-1/2 inch continuously welded steel square tube bumper. If your travel trailer has some exposed frame members on the trailer tongue, the Stromberg Carlson Bike Bunk, part # CC-275 would allow you to carry two bikes on a rack at the front of your trailer. A bike rack like the Swagman Trailhead, part # S63360 would work excellently along with the Bike Bunk.
I've linked you to some product demonstration videos featuring the products I've recommended.
