WHICH LOCK IS THE BEST AND YOU RECOMMEND.

One thing to remember is that locks are for keeping honest people honest. If a thief is determined enough and has enough time, any lock can be defeated. The key is to provide a deterrent, make the potential thief move on to an easier target.
As far as convenience, strength and versatility goes, I would have to recommend the Lock em Magnum Wheel Lock, part # RA-25. This lock is simple to operate, is reasonably secure, and will fit a variety of wheel sizes from 12 to 20 inches.
