Trailer Hitch Recommendation for 2006 Jeep Wrangler 65th Anniversary Edition w/ C-Channel Bumper

Question:
I have a 2006 Jeep Wrangler 65th anniversary edition. I have been thinking about adding a hitch to it. After looking over your products and deciding I looked at my jeep. It appears to have a c-channel bumper attached to the original bumper. I thought the Draw tite class 1 hitch would work. Now I am not sure.

It sounds to me like your 2006 Jeep Wrangler 65th Anniversary Edition may have an optional accessory tube bumper and if this is the case. Take a look at the Draw-Tite Max-Frame Class III Trailer Hitch Receiver, # 75193. There have been no reported issues with using this hitch with the accessory tube bumpers and the bonus is that it will offer a higher weight capacity and with the 2 inch opening more versatility when it comes to hitch mounted accessories than a Class I hitch.
I have included a short video for you.
