Do you have a spare tire cover that will cover all the rubber on a stand up boat trailer spare. 205/75D/14. The spare mount is frame mounted and the tire is 5inch +- out from the frame.

The overall diameter of the tire you have that is sized 205/75-14 is 26.1 inches. The CE Smith tire cover part # CE27430 would do a great job as a spare tire cover.
Or for one that would cover even more of the tire I would go with the part # CAM45346. I attached a picture of this cover being used on a wheel/tire. It could easily be positioned to fit your setup.
