The Adco Spare Tire Cover # 290-1758 will fit tires up to 25-1/2-inches in overall diameter, but since your ST205/75/R14 trailer tires are a bit larger at about 26-1/4-inches you will be better off with a slightly larger cover such as the Adco 27-inch Tire Cover # 290-1757 or one of the others shown on the linked page. This size is confirmed to fit your spare tire.
It is an excellent idea to protect your one spare tire from environmental nasties like UV radiation, but the tires on your RV will also benefit from that same protection during the off-season or at least during periods of non-use. 2-cover sets such as # 290-3953 from Adco will protect your primary tires in the same way.
