I have a 2015 keystone cougar travel trailer.. will this jack bolt on in originals spot without any modification?

The Bulldog Powered-Drive Trailer Jack # BD500187 that you referenced uses two sets of industry-standard mounting hole spacing on its mounting flange to enable it to mount easily on the vast majority of modern a-frame bumper pull travel trailers like your 2015 Keystone Cougar. Please refer to the linked photo for illustration of the mounting bracket and to the linked video for a demo of installation.
Installation hardware is included.
