Question:
Where can I find installation instructions for this hitch is there a video that goes over how to install?

We have not had the chance to install Curt trailer hitch # C11510 on a vehicle which is why there isn't a video. But I have included a link to the installation instructions for you.
If you want to use the hitch for an accessory such as a bike rack or cargo carrier then you have to make sure the accessory is rated for use with a Class I trailer hitch. Also, with a bike rack, you are limited to 2 bikes maximum on a Class I hitch.
Curt also says you have to use stabilization strap # 18050 when using this hitch for any non-trailer load (such as a bike rack or car go carrier) per their warranty requirements.
If you plan on doing some towing the proper ball mount to use is # C45521. For a 1-7/8 inch ball use # 19256 and for a 2 inch use # 19258. And for trailer wiring use # C59496.
