Question:
My RV mechanic told me that the bearing buddys dont get enough grease on the rear bearing . It makes sense what he says . Do you guarantee that that is not true and pay for new bearings if i use them?

Bearing Buddies are covered by a lifetime manufacturer's warranty that would cover the replacement of the Bearing Buddies if they were defective, but not new bearings.
I would refute what your mechanic tells you, however. I've seen countless trailers where folks have pumped too much grease into the hubs, and blown out the grease seal. To reach the seal, the grease would pass through the inner bearing. The grease has absolutely no problem reaching the inner bearings. You'll want to be sure to use a double lip grease seal, and not to overfill your hubs but other than that, the Bearing Buddies will give you years of trouble-free service.

The error is pumping "too" much grease. You can't pump too much grease into the hub or use an automatic grease gun to fill with grease the hubs because you are not following the installation instructions. The Bearing Buddy® installation instructions specified: " Fill the hubs completly with a high-quality multipurpose #2 grease or better." The second step is to install the Bearing Buddy®, which has a spring-loaded piston that maintains a controlled pressure inside the grease-filled hub, and any excess will be pushed out from the sides of the piston. The seal resists 30 PSI, and the Bearing Buddy exerts only 3PSI.
