Does the led diodes light up red if the lens is missing or broken?

Some LED trailer lights use colored LED lights and some use white LED lights. It all depends on the light. But for # MCL44RB1, the LEDs would be white behind a red lens. A light such as # MCL19CRB does use red diodes.
