Question:
Im buying the Draw-Tite hitch for a 2007 Lexus RX 350. I have a small trailer where the tow arm part sits about 12 inches off the ground when the trailer is level. It is about 17 inches from the rear bumber to the ground on the RX 350. Should I get the 4 ball mount or does the hitch sit quite a bit lower than the rear bumper. Thanks.

The Draw-Tite hitch model # 75153 will sit right below the bumper on your 2007 Lexus RX350, so your 17 inch measurement from the underside of the bumper to the ground should be pretty close to the installed hitch height.
If you are measuring to the bottom, flat part of your coupler and are getting 12 inches, then yes, a 4 inch ballmount like part number # 2753 would be the best choice for your application.
I have included a link to the instructions for the # 75153 hitch, as well as an installation video, if needed.
