Ultra Fab has confirmed that the Ultra-Fab Motorcycle Carrier # UF48-979033 can be used at the back of a motorhome like the 1996 Fleetwood Jamboree 29ft that you have.
As long as your 2013 Triumph Bonneville T100 weighs less than 500 lbs and the hitch on your motorhome has the capacity for the rack (50 lbs), plus the weight of your motorcycle you would be good.
I did some checking and it looks like your bike weighs right at 500 lbs when ready to ride. So you might want to have it weighed just to be certain.
