Can a Cargo Carrier be Attached to the Back of a Kuat Bike Rack

Question:

Im Investigating to see if anyone manufacturers a hitch cargo rack that you can attach a bike rack to. Essentially we currently have a Kuat hitch bike rack. Would love to put a hitch cargo rack into hitch receiver and then attach bike rack to the cargo rack. Essentially the hitch receiver will pass through the cargo rack and accept another hitch accessory.

There isn't a hitch mounted cargo carrier that will allow you to insert your Kuat bike rack into the back of the carrier. But there is a bike rack that can have a cargo carrier attached to the end of it. they are sold as a set, # HR1400Z-85.

The great part is the cargo carrier and bike rack in this set can each be used independently. I have linked a video review for you.
