I HAVE AN 2014 RAM CREWCAB 3500 LONGBED,STILL HAVE THE RBW Lil Rocker HITCH AND NEED TO INSTALL NEW HITCH RAILS WILL THESE RAILS FIT?

According to my Reese representative, with the 2014 Ram 3500 you need to use one of the Custom Install Kits, such as part # RP50085-58. The custom install kit doesn't require any holes be drilled into the truck frame (just up through the bed to join the rails to the frame brackets).
The RBW Lil Rocker is compatible with industry standard bed rails, so it will be compatible with the bed rails supplied with the kit I recommended above.
If you don't already have a 7-way installed in your truck bed, you can install one using part # 41157.
