In order to obtain a replacement key for your RidgeBack 2, you'll need the key number. Replacement keys are part # Y8772-AXXX, with the three x's representing the key number. If you don't have the key number, you'll need to have a locksmith pick it for you, then remove the lock cylinder. The key number is stamped into the side of the lock cylinder as shown in the provided photo.
