Does WeatherTech Cargo Liner For Dodge Minivan With 3rd Row Fold-Away Seat

Question:
Does this cargo mat have any adverse effect on the fold-away 3rd row capability? Can you still fold flat the 3rd row WITH the cargo liner installed? Thanks! WT40265

The cargo area floor liner, like part # WT40265 is designed to fit many Dodge and Chrysler Minivans through 2015.
I called my contact at WeatherTech and they told me the WeatherTech Cargo Liner will not interfere with the operation of the 3rd row seat you have in your van.
