No Power on Brake Controller Blue Wire on 2002 Ford F-150

my ford f150 has the tow package and I install a brake controller I get power to the unit but no power to the blue wire is there a fuse or relay that Im missing

It wouldn't be a fuse since the brake controller is getting power. If the truck is parked then there may not be any power on the blue wire when stepping on the brake pedal (depending on which controller you are using) but there should be power when using the manual override.
There are some things you can do to test a brake controller. In the truck cab you will need to sever the blue wire several inches from the back of the controller. Then use a circuit tester such as # PTW2993 to test the end of the blue wire coming out of the controller. It should only have power when you apply the manual override. If it shows power at any other time or never shows power when it is supposed to then there is something wrong with the controller and it will need to be replaced.
If your brake controller is hardwired in, then you can also try moving the white ground wire to a different location. the best location is the negative battery terminal.
