how does the clip attach to the bracket? i should have paid closer attention when i took the old ones off. thanks

The Titan Flexible Brake Line Tubing Clip # T0776400 installs to your trailer's frame along with a mating bracket, part # T0776300.
Bracket part # T0776300 bolts on to your trailer frame (hardware not supplied) and the clip portion then attaches to the bracket and holds the end of the brake line fitting.
